Media invitations in India

A media invitation should answer four questions quickly: what is happening, when, where or which link, and who to contact. Kit, speakers, and parking sit under those four.

Keep journalist contacts private

Dumping reporter emails into large chat groups creates spam and stale lists. Press Caller invites use Press Caller codes so you do not need to collect or share personal inboxes to send a briefing invite.

One page that stays true

When the time or venue changes, update the published event once. Journalists who bookmarked or RSVPed return to the same page instead of sorting through forwards.

RSVP as a shared record

Accepted, declined, and pending replies help with seating, kits, and follow ups. Both sides get a clearer trail than informal yes or no chats.

Frequently asked questions
